"Exceptional Support from AllModern"
I purchased the queen size Newport Upholstered bed for the guest room in our newly built home. While checking out, I updated our address since we had relocated across the country. Unfortunately, it seems that the new address didn’t save. Given my previous orders with Wayfair and Joss & Main, I think they defaulted to my old address since those accounts are linked. When I got a text saying the item was out for delivery, I checked the tracking and found out it was headed to my old place. I quickly reached out to AllModern to explain the situation. They attempted to intercept the delivery through FedEx, but that didn’t pan out. A few hours later, the bed arrived at my old address. However, AllModern promptly sent another Newport Bed to my new location and reassured me not to stress about the one mistakenly delivered. Their response was swift and effective. I can’t praise the customer service enough after two separate calls regarding this issue. I’m really impressed with their commitment to service. It definitely makes me want to shop with them more often, and I absolutely will.
